Refund Policy
At alshaibamedical.ae, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refund Possible If:
you received a defective item;
the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you're requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Al Shaiba Customer Support immediately or within 10 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that alshaibamedical.ae will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.

Return Policy Exceptions:

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, and ortho Support. Also, alshaibamedical.ae reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."

13. Copyrights, Trademarks, and other Intellectual Property Rights.

13.1 As per the Terms and Conditions of alshaibamedical.ae, the Website grants access to Users/Customers to view the content solely for visiting, ordering, and communicating only. All materials in this Website, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, text, logos, and page headers, that are part of this Website are copyrights and/or other intellectual properties owned by alshaibamedical.ae Marketplace Limited. All other trademarks not owned by www.alshaibamedical.ae that appear on this Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by www.alshaibamedical.ae

13.2 You hereby agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate or copy the content of alshaibamedical.ae for any purpose, unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with this Website.

14. User Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless alshaibamedical.ae and its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, partners, licensors, advertisers and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees and costs, resulting from any violation of this agreement, or any activity related to your account, or any information or material you have submitted or will submit to us in violation of any law or in breach of any third party rights (including, but not limited to, claims in respect of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any other intellectual property right). We reserve the right to exclusively defend and control any claims arising from the above and any such indemnification matters, and you hereby agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. No Waiver

No failure on the part of www.alshaibamedical.ae to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any of Al Shaiba Medical rights under these Terms and Conditions, whether for past or future actions on the part of any person. Neither the receipt of any funds by Al Shaiba Medical nor the reliance of any person on Al Shaiba Medical actions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of these Terms and Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of alshaibamedical.ae shall have any legal effect whatsoever.

17. Submissions

17.1 Alshaibamedical.ae reserves sole discretion to accept, edit or reject any and all materials you may send to us (collectively, "Submissions") as part of the features in the Website, including but not limited to, Ratings & Reviews, Ask Our Pharmacist Your Questions and Testimonials. Such Submissions should not be offensive on moral, religious, racial, or political grounds or of an abusive, indecent, threatening, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, menacing, or otherwise objectionable nature. Transmitting such offensive materials may violate relevant laws, regulations, and ethics of pharmacy.

17.2 Alshaibamedical.ae shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions. By posting, uploading, inputting, or providing your Submissions, you hereby grant unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to you, including a non-terminable, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

17.3 You also represent and warrant that your Submissions will not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.

17.4 The User/Customer shall be prohibited to introduce, post, or transmit any information or software, which contains a virus, worm, or other harmful components into the alshaibamedical.ae Website.

17.5 Alshaibamedical.ae does not endorse and is not responsible for any Submissions on its Website. We will not be liable for any loss or harm caused by the Submissions or your reliance on the information, including but not limited to, statements, opinions, and reviews posted by the Users/Customers, which may be inaccurate, offensive, obscene, threatening, or harassing.

18. Termination

You agree that alshaibamedical.ae in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions, may terminate your access to and use of the Website, at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to the Website or suspension of your account may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that alshaibamedical.ae shall not be liable to you for any such termination. You are right to use the alshaibamedical.ae Website/Service immediately ceases upon termination of your access/use of the Website.

19. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without further notice to you. Any such amendments we make shall be effective once we post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the alshaibamedical.ae Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publication of any such changes will constitute your agreement to follow and be automatically bound by the amended terms and conditions. Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shaibame@eim.ae and send your item to Al Shaiba Medical Supplies Trading, Shop No: 6 & 7 Hamad Khamis Al Ghuwais Bldg; Bldg No: 40 Damascus Street Al Qusais, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

Shipping


To return your product, you should mail your product to Al Shaiba Medical Supplies Trading, Shop No: 6 & 7 Hamad Khamis Al Ghuwais Bldg; Bldg No: 40 Damascus Street Al Qusais, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AED 275, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation before shipment:


If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to shaibame@mailtothis.com.

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with shaibame@mailtothis.com.

In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
How will I get refunded for the canceled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased from Al Shaiba Medical Supplies?

Al Shaiba offers its customers an ’Easy return policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email shaibame@mailtothis.com. within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Serial Number tampers
Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
Product is used or altered
If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
Free product provided by the brand

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email shaibame@mailtothis.com.within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
